Meet Jeannette L. Collazo, a passionate go-getter and dynamo from Puerto Rico who came to this country with a dream that she never stopped pursuing. Jeannette's journey began with challenges that would have stopped many others. As a child, she struggled with severe asthma, enduring frightening attacks and hospitalizations that taught her resilience from an early age. When she moved to the mainland, she faced the additional challenge of assimilating to a new culture, but she was ready to meet whatever came her way.
Entering the technical field of IT, Jeannette worked among very few people with her shared experience. However, she was passionate about technology and strong enough to succeed, remaining loyal to herself and her values as she assumed increasing responsibility. Her perseverance became the secret to her success.
